WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?

We like to keep things simple. If it breaks or damages during normal use or normal wear, we will repair or replace MB components. For life. We are responsible for what we build but, more important, we stand behind you and our client. Thank you for choosing Moselle Brest.

WHAT IS MOSELLE BREST?

Moselle Brest equips you with the best quality products. MB changes the way stories are told by and about photography. MB considers the structure and function to be equal, cannot be larger than the other. MB thinks our products should look as good as they are.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE PERFECT SIZE FOR ME?

It is based on height and width. The Strap position is ideal when the body of the device is at the same level as the wrist, considering that the hand is stretched next to the body.

Small = Height 120 - 165 cm

Medium = Height 165 - 175 cm

Large = Height 175 - 195 cm

The strap is adjustable so you can arrange it as needed. For a lower height, the Crane will be adjusted downwards, tighten, and for a higher height, it will adjust upwards, becoming widen.

HOW CAN I PAY THE STRAP?

You can pay with your credit card through the Shopify system or at your destination.

HOW CAN YOU FOLLOW ORDER ?

You should have a tracking number, but if you have not already received this, you can send us an e-mail. To track requests, email us with your order number at contact@mosellebrest.ro (our order fulfillment team). They will be able to answer your questions about transportation and tracking. Thanks!

WHERE CAN YOU DISTRIBUTE THE PRODUCTS, INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT? 

MB delivers WORLDWIDE. If you do not find your country when ordering, please send us an e-mail. Please note that your country may charge an import charge and MB does not charge that fee. There may be other related fees, we have not heard and do not know if there are any additional charges, so check with the Postal Office just to be safe. Transport can take from a few days (usually) to a few weeks (in exceptional cases). Contact your local post office to check the status of your order. From time to time, orders are locked in customs and require customer actions. For most of the countries, we use door-to-door delivery.

ASSISTANCE OF PAYMENTS?

When you are ready to buy, add any product to the basket by pressing the "Add to Basket" button on the middle of any product page. You can then follow the instructions on the screen to complete an order.

WHAT KEEPS THE STRAPS SAFE?

We have three major things that keep the cameras safe:

1. The screw that is mounted on the tripod mount at the bottom of the camera. This screw has a special seal that locks and fix the camera to the strap.

2. Main Clasp V3 made of stainless steel, modified version of what is used to attach a sail to a boat, incredibly durable but fast to attach/detach. Exactly what you need for a prefect gear: very fast but extremely secured.

3. Each strap comes with a safety slider which will support the camera if the main clasp will loosen or anything goes wrong. The small safety slider will connect to the top of the camera, thus securing the camera.

COMFORTABLE?

Extremely. You will be amazed at how well you feel after a shooting day. It can hold more weight than your hands can support. 


SHOULD I WORRY THAT COLOUR TRANSFERS TO MY CLOTHES?

No need to worry for the quality of our leather. We used ONLY premium  leather which does not transfers colour on you bright white shirt for fancy shooting events. As with all colored skin, miracles can happen! It is possible to penetrate if the skin is not softened completely and there are few portions not well treated. Check our advices for taking care of leather products in our Blog and if you respected all that's there and still your shirt got coloured, just let us know! We will make sure to replace your strap and  get rid of the problems!

WHAT WEIGHT DOES THE STRAP SUPPORT?

I stopped testing this Strap by 90 KG, but why would you wear more than 6 KG / piece on this Strap? It sustains more fuss than you normally use at an event.

CAN THE PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

You can return the purchase for a refund or replacement if it is defective or you want another available color. Please contact us for more information.

RETURN POLICY!

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package. We will happily reimburse the value of the product if accompanied by the original package. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund.

PRODUCT CHANGE

We will happily change an unused product in its original packaging, IN THE 30 DAYS OF THE CLIENT RECEPTION. If you would like to schedule a change, please send an email to Paul at paul@mosellebrest.ro IN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEPTION to ensure transport. Once the product has been received and inspected, then we will send you the new product to you. We will happily replace the products if they are defective or damaged.
